Praise be to God, by whose grace good deeds are done, and may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon the most honored of messengers our prophet Mohammed and upon all his family and companions, and those who traced him to the Day of Judgment... and then:

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Al Mahwit University is one of the leading and distinguished medical faculties in the field of medicine in the Republic of Yemen, since the launch of its medical career in 1444 AH, corresponding to 2022 AD, and it has been witnessing a dynamic and tireless movement to move towards the best in embodying the university's strategy in building community partnership, building a comprehensive quality system, and achieving academic accreditation, in a way that reaches excellence and brings it to leadership.

The Faculty seeks to elaborate the vision of Al Mahwit University based on combining authenticity and modernity, by providing students with the scientific and cognitive basis and scientific and practical skills with regard to medical sciences, spreading knowledge and spreading health awareness, by focusing on the following distinct areas:
